Paste and submit one reward at a time
- Open the Codes list and choose an entry marked active.
- Copy its code string without the reward description or surrounding punctuation.
- Return to the lobby Codes input and paste the string.
- Check the beginning and end for an accidental space, preserving the listed spelling and capitalization.
- Press the green checkmark to submit.
Complete that claim before selecting another entry. Pasting several strings into the same field does not make them separate requests. Keeping each submission separate also makes it easier to recognize which reward succeeded and which needs attention.
The listed reward tells you what the entry is intended to grant. Watch the result of the submission and your Gems balance instead of assuming a reward arrived merely because the text was pasted. If the input is rejected, correct the entry before trying a different code.
